Queen’s Park Football Club has affirmed its commitment to girl’s and women’s football through the creation of a Girl’s Academy which will eventually see the development of a full pathway for girl’s at the Club.

The Academy will come under the remit of the Foundation and will see Queen’s Park enter SWF youth leagues for the first time.

Since the creation of the Academy we now have 3 girls squads – U8, U12, and U14, who are all playing great football and learning new skills on and off the park.

The initiative will also support the development of our Elite Women’s team currently playing in SWPL 2.
