Looking for fun way to keep fit and active?

Are you looking for a fun and social way to stay fit and improve your skills on the pitch? Look no further than The Queen’s Park FC Foundation Adults Football Session!

 

Held every Sunday between 6pm-8pm at Toryglen, this session is the perfect opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills, and get fit in a fun and supportive environment. The session is split into two segments:

 

First up is “Still Game?” running from 6pm-7pm. This session is perfect for anyone who wants to get fit and stay active while also having a blast on the pitch. You’ll get to work up a sweat with some great football drills and exercises, all while surrounded by a supportive and encouraging group of fellow players.

 

And if you’re looking for something a little more casual, we’ve got you covered with “Just Play” running from 7pm-8pm. This session is all about having fun and socializing, as you’ll get the chance to play some relaxed games of football with a great group of people. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a busy week!

 

But our Football sessions aren’t just about physical fitness – they also offer a whole host of benefits for your mental wellbeing.
